Really getting going on the organ piece... however, by really getting going, I mean perfecting the sixteenth based time in a single measure. To me, the beginning of the note-filled portion of writing is a promise of sorts, "I, the composer, will take great care to make you, the music, the best you can be as my mind decrees." and, "I, the music, will reveal myself through various powers of persuasion." "I, the composer, will not get tired or lazy; even when you, the music, will seemingly disappear." "I will fix." "I will not relent." "I will edit." "I will not keep you to myself" That's a commitment. | “With my last breath, I’ll exhale my love for you. I hope it’s a cold day, so you can see what you meant to me. ” -Kintz |
